1How much do the MCP servers cost?
Each server — Amazon Ads MCP or Amazon Listings MCP — is $19/month, or $199/year on annual billing. Both together (the bundle) are $29/month or $299/year.
2What’s included in the bundle?
The Ads + Listings bundle gives you both MCP servers on one account and one bill, for less than buying them separately.
3Is annual really cheaper than monthly?
Yes. Annual billing works out to roughly two months free versus paying month-to-month — a saving of up to ~14%.
4Can I start monthly and switch to annual later?
Yes. You can switch billing period anytime from your account and we’ll prorate the difference.
5Do you offer a free trial?
Connecting your Amazon accounts is free so you can confirm your data flows, and paid plans include a low-cost trial window so you can see the value before committing.
6Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month or year-to-year with no lock-in — cancel anytime and you keep access through the end of your billing period.
7Do you offer refunds?
If something isn’t right, reach out within the first 14 days and we’ll make it right.
8Which currency are prices in?
All prices are shown and billed in US dollars (USD).
9Are there setup or onboarding fees?
No. Self-serve plans have no setup fee — connect your accounts and start using them right away.
10What’s the difference between one server and the bundle?
A single server covers one job — advertising or listings. The bundle covers both, so you get end-to-end campaign and catalog control from one endpoint.
11Can I upgrade from a single server to the bundle later?
Yes. Upgrade anytime and you only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing period.
12How many brands or Amazon accounts can I connect?
Self-serve plans support multiple brands and accounts. Very large or multi-region catalogs are best on a custom plan — talk to us.
13Which AI clients are supported?
Any MCP client — Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, n8n — plus the built-in chat if you prefer.
14Do you charge per seat or per user?
No per-seat fees on self-serve plans. Your team shares the connected account.
15Will subscribing change my listings or campaigns automatically?
No. Everything is read-only until you opt in. You approve each change before it’s applied, and every write is recorded in your audit log.
16Is my Amazon data secure?
Connections use OAuth, actions stay read-only until you opt in, and every change is logged. We never sell your data.
17How do I get an invoice or receipt?
Every payment sends a receipt to your billing email. VAT/GST invoices are available on request.
18Do prices include tax?
Prices exclude any applicable local taxes (such as VAT or GST), which are added at checkout where required.
