Website Design Process
HTML Website is a graphical representation of your business, profile or any other information you are looking to display over the web. Web is a medium and website is a source through which users can interact with you for the information and knowledge conveyed through the website.
Stage 1 Conceptual
Once the initial proposal has been designed, our project team or project leader works with Client to understand and define the needs and features of the website. A design brief and programming brief are put together by the project manager and given to our head designer and programmer to start working on.
Stage 2 Design
A Project Captain works with you in direct contact to discuss the design aspect of the website. Captain will liaise with you and our “design team” through the entire design process, sending mock-ups, getting feedback and requesting advice or direction where needed. Once you are satisfied with the design mock-ups, the site framework is then constructed and handed over to the “Code Team” to start programming.
Stage 3 Programming
Our "Code Team" then work through the site to get all programming aspects (including database design, forms, etc.) completed and working.
Stage 4 Testing
Our "test team" tests the entire site to make sure it meets the requirements of the design and programming briefs. Once Captain approves the testing report, the site is put on to a test server for the clients review.
Stage 5 Client Review
At this stage, we look forward to your feedback about the hard work we've put in and for you to start testing to ensure it meets your requirements and expectations. This is the stage where you can request changes and will be shown how to use your site.
Stage 6 Launch
Here we introduce your business, idea to the ever growing community of the World Wide Web.
Stage 7 Support
This is one stage which we provide to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the solution over a period of time. We provide 4 weeks support post release and we need to enter into a maintenance contract for any changes/modifications after that. However any bugs related to the website (within the scope of our project plan) are always supported and rectified free of cost. Though any new feature request/ change beyond the agreed project specifications is deemed as an extra feature request and is charged as per the Change Request mechanism at the beginning of the project.
